Shipping policy
SHIPPING + RETURNS SHIPPING
We pick, pack and process orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and high demand/sale periods). During a sale or new product drop, allow a max. 10 business days for your order to be processed. For Australian orders, we use AUSPOST delivery. Once shipped, orders will take 2-6 days to arrive at your door.
For International customers, your order is shipped using a standard service (unless express is selected) and has an estimated delivery period of 12-27 business days depending on destination. Please allow additional days during holiday periods.

If the sizing or style you have selected is not quite right, we offer a 30-days return period for Australian customers and 45-days for international orders.
*FAMBAM CO reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet our Return and Exchange conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not exchange, return or refund FINAL SALE items; they are all final sales, so please ensure all terms (add terms to text) and sizing information is read prior to purchasing.
Return Shipping
We recommend that your return item(s) are done via a trackable postage method. FAMBAM CO will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be returned to us. Once we receive your item(s), we will work as quick as we can to organise your exchange or refund and get in touch.
All items (unless perceived faulty) are to be returned in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please note, we do not have to accept "change of mind" items under the ACCC as the Consumer Guarantee.
*Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. FAMBAM CO is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@fambamco.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, FAMBAM CO will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with FAMBAM CO via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), FAMBAM CO reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $15 AUD for Australian orders (standard shipping) and $30 AUD for international orders (express international shipping). This could change depending on the location of the delivery's destination.
FAMBAM CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
*Please note that the international shipping costs that FAMBAM CO provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by FAMBAM CO.
